The object of the game is that you are allowed to change upto 3 letters in the word to create a new one. You must change at least one letter but no more than three.

The first word is:

                       Changed

Good try Thure, but you must CHANGE a letter, you deleted one. The word will always be 7 letters
If I replace the n with an r and the d with an s then
Changed becomes..charges

Now see what you can do with the word

Some people are having problems with this game and I can
understand that so let's try this

GLEAMED  changed gld to drr = DREAMER

You do not have to keep the letters in order.  You must change at least 1 letter but no more than 3.
