Hi Folks,
I see that there is another search for Jalik. I guess there is still some hope.
We got an e-mail back form Irish Airlines telling us to wait until closer to out flight so they can see what aircraft it would be. We will have to pray that it is one of their older planes with the old seating configuration. rather than their new configuration.

Hi folks,
Went to Mary's Nieces wedding in Cabra Castle a real ancient castle turned into a Hotel. If there were any ghosts of former owners the music starting with The Scotch Bagpipes was sure to wake them up. The Guinness and Powers Irish whiskey kept me going Mary doesn't drink so we got home safely we came home before her 92 year old Father did. They are very strict on drunk driving here. the Priests are even afraid to drive after saying Mass.

Glad you enjoyed the wedding Tom.  Your remark about the priests being afraid to drive after mass made me laugh.  Don't know if you would remember - I think it was around 66 or 67 we had a priest at St. Pat's that drank a lot more than the communion wine.  We used to remark that when we received communion from him (kneeling at the altar rail in those days) we could get drunk just from his breath!!!  Can't remember his name - could be Father Ryan but I'm not sure.

http://www.aceboard.net/kator/smiley1.abgif Amen Tom, I have been asking that questions for weeks now. Pauline worked so hard getting us this web site and many of our friends have stopped using it.  I have sent up smoke signals and beat the drums but I guess the curiosity has worn off.  It's like a topless lady ventriloquist.  No one has ever seen her lips move.

I think there are a lot of people that get on just to read the postings but never post themselves.  Then again I think there are a lot who just plain are not interested.  Too bad after all Pauline's hard work.  I'd like to see a lot more participating - only takes a few minutes of their time.

I read everything several times a day. But I don't always post.
Sometimes it is a mood thing.  Right now I am in the mood and don't feel like working.

I confess that it probably has to do with my lack of enthusiasm also.  I have another sleep study on Saturday night and maybe they can regulate the C-pap machine so I can get some quality sleep.  I have gained a lot of weight and depression has set in...but this too shall pass.  My problems are small compared to others around me.

I too have wondered about all these guests who are browsing.  Why don't they take a couple more minutes to jot a note here and there.

I hope all improves for you, Pauline.  I'll keep you in my prayers and be thinking of you.  Get out in that sunshine 15 minutes a day.  Someone told me just today that it's good for the seratonin in the brain ... she said it helps with the depression.  Take care.    smile/yawn.gif

Hope everyone has a great day.

Hang in there Pauline, you have done so a wonderful job and brought so many together as friends, were most of us would not have been able to see each other or talk on here, you have been great

Pauline, we should talk!!! The out of balance sleep cycle is hard to reverse and it causes so many side effects.I can look at a jelly donut and feel the weight on my earlobs. June is right. I heard the same thing about sunshine. We've got to get out a bottles of Coppertone and smell like teenie-booper sun bathers again.Didn't you love the smell of that stuff? Even today when I catch a sniff of it, I immediately think Hedges Lake.Geez, Hedges Lake....jelly donuts, where am I going with this? Probably to the kitchen, I'm getting hungary. Hugs to you Pauline.

http://www.aceboard.net/kator/smiley180.abgif  http://www.aceboard.net/kator/smiley180.abgif I use to think I was the only one with a sleep disorder.  But WOW, I have many friends in the same bed so to speak. But I am retired so it does not pose a problem for me very often.  If I want to take a nap I just hit my recliner and sleep for 30 minutes and I am ready to go again.  Pauline, I am sending some Zzzzzzs you way to help in the sleep study. I have learned to count sheep backwards.  This is so boring I soon fall asleep. Nite nite

I don't know if mine is a real sleep disorder but quite often I sleep for about 4 hours and then am awake for 2 or more.  By then it's usually time to get up. Of course we're used to going to bed early and getting up early.  No 11PM news for us!!!

My son-in-law has a problem with sleep apnea, he had been tested some time ago but now he has to go for further testing.

Hope you feel better soon, Pauline.
