Hi all.  Bruce had an exciting day Wednesday.  Several years ago he did get a hole in one while playing golf.  He plays golf with former co-workers every Wednesday morning and this past Wednesday he was excited that he finally shot his age.  He enjoyed it.  

Thats cool June to bad he is 155 years old ,,,,lol , no kidding that is pretty good I guess I have not ever swung a club.

June congratulate your hubby. Like Thure, I guess golf isn't my thing. I tried it once and a storm came up and we had a lightning strike on the course as we exited. That plus the fact that my mother in law told me I wasn't very good at it ended my short golf  career.

Thure, I have swung a club.  And Karen, my golfing career is even shorter than yours. When I was working in Albany, a few of us decided to try golfing lessons.  By the time the lessons ended, we feel we were "taken."  We never got on the actual course.  Hmmm.  I wonder why that was????

June, I guess T.J. likes to play it , I think it came from Bruce and his Grandpa on Pat's side. I just never got into it but have liked watching it once in awhile.

I didn't know T.J. took up golfing.  Sorry to say, I don't even enjoy watching it.  Does his wife golf with him?

I do not think so , he doesn't play much but he likes it

We have a joke around the house.  On Week-ends in the afternoon, when it is nap time we say we are going to watch golf.  We turn on the tv, tune it to the golf, put the recliners back and are to sleep in 5 minutes.  If anyone calls we tell them we are watching golf and they know exactly what is up.  Friends will be over later in the day and ask if we watched golf.
